ClusterMagic ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ClusterMagic Content Manager Shopify app and the clustermagic.ai website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.
When you install or use the ClusterMagic Content Manager app, we collect and access the following types of information from your Shopify store:
Store Information: Your store name, domain, and Shopify store ID. Blog & Page Content: Blog posts, articles, pages, and metadata we create or publish on your behalf. Files & Assets: Images and media files uploaded through our publishing workflow. Access Tokens: Shopify API tokens required to authenticate and perform authorized actions on your store.
We use the information collected solely to provide and operate the ClusterMagic Content Manager service. Specifically, we use it to: publish blog posts and pages to your Shopify store, upload and manage content assets, maintain your content publishing schedule, and troubleshoot issues with your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your store credentials and API tokens are stored securely using environment-level encryption. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We retain store data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon termination of your account, we will delete your stored credentials within 30 days.
ClusterMagic integrates with Shopify's Admin API to deliver our services. Your use of the app is also subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not integrate with any additional third-party data processors beyond what is required to operate the service.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal and store data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, or to uninstall the app and request data deletion, please contact us at the email address below. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the ClusterMagic Content Manager app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
